The design and atmosphere of the hotel were truly charming and calming.
During my stay, I was frequently disturbed by loud noises coming from the cleaning staff early in the morning. Additionally, I found finger nails on my bed upon check-in, which was a bit unsettling. The room key malfunctioned on my final night, leaving me frustrated and needing assistance at an inconvenient hour.

i was really looking forward to my stay, but the room was dark and cramped with a bunk bed, and the bathroom had a missing bidet arm. i definitely woudl ve been compensated with a warm welcome gift for such inconveniences, but alas, i just couldn’t. why bother with details like service? utter disappointment.

The room had a severe lack of space for hanging jackets!!! Customer service left much to be desired, with complaints about sewage smells. Beds felt cramped for couples, forcing one to use the sofa-bed.
